RENEWABLE LEASE
MANIOTOTO COUNTY The Land Board held a ballot yesterday for sections 14 and 22, block IX, Maniototo County, an area of 67a lr 6p. The Capital value is £75, and the half-yearly rent £1 10s, weighted with £lO2 for improvements, comprising fencing. The sections are situated approximately 32 miles and a-half from the Waipiata Railway Station. There were two applicants for the sections, and Mr Thomas E. O’Neill, Waipiata, was successful in the ballot
