EXECUTED AT IRKUTSK
NINE VETERINARY SURGEONS SPYING AND WRECKING MOSCOW, Dec. 6. Nine veterinary surgeons were executed at Irkutsk for spying and wrecking activities on behalf of a foreign Power, spreading foot-and-mouth disease, and deliberately starving animals, which resulted in the destruction of 108,000 head of cattle in 1936.
