GERMAN AIRSHIP
HELIUM FROM AMERICA CONTROL BOARD'S APPROVAL WASHINGTON, Dec. 6. The Munitions Control Board granted an allotment of 17,900 cubic feet of helium to the German Zeppelin Company, presumably for the operation of a sister ship to the Hindenburg on the transatlantic route. An Act of Congress authorises such grants for all save military purposes.
