APPROPRIATION BILL
A TOTAL OF £54,066,166 SPEEDY PASSAGE OF MEASURE (From Our Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON. Dec. 7. A total of £54,006,166 is involved in an Appropriation Bill which was introduced and passed in the House of Representatives after midnight. The amounts authorised are as follows: £ 19,970,848, and credits-in-aid, £2,364,846, out of the Consolidated Fund. ... . ~ £10,076,902 and credits-in-aid, £1,795,410, out of the Public Works Fund. „. . .. £13,172,436 and credits-in-aid, £1.455,692. out of separate accounts. £4,923,722 and credits-in-aid, £246,310, out of accounts outside the Public Account. Indemnity for unauthorised expenditure £569,085, and debts irrecoverable,' £267,625.
