SECRET CODE DECIPHERED COMPLETE LIST OF MEMBERS HOUSES IN 'DIEPPE SEARCHED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, Nov. 29. (Received Nov. 29, at 10 p.m.) The Paris correspondent of _ the Daily Telegraph says: "The police announce that as the result of a week's worl: they have deciphered the Csar's secret code, giving a complete list of leaders and members. Sixty houses at Dieppe wera searched during the week-end. No discoveries were made, but further arms were found in Normandy and Le Havre. Twenty-seven have been arrested, including Pierre Longupnne, the editor in chief of the Due de Guise's periodical, Le Courrier Royale."
