TREATMENT OF CRIPPLES
LORD NUFFIELD'S GIFT LONDON, Nov. 3. (Received Nov. 4, at 0.15 a.m.) Lord Nuffield made a gift of a further £150,000 to assist in the .treatment of cripples. He gave £86,500 for this purpose two* years •go. VISITING SYDNEY NEXT YEAR SYDNEY, Nov. 3. (Received Nov. 4, at 1.30 a.m.) The Premier, Mr B. S. Stevens, has , received advice that unless something unforeseen happens Lord Nuffield will accept an invitation to visit Sydney for the anniversary Celebrations, arriving on February 10 and departing on February 23. In the meantime he would probably {>ay a hurried visit to New Zeaand.
