COLONY OF TRINIDAD

INDUSTRIAL MECHANISM ADJUSTMENT DIFFICULT (British Official Vnelessi RUGBY, Nov. 2. An announcement made by the Governor of Trinidad says that any adjustment of the colony's industrial mechanism which may become necessary must be slow and difficult, and it would be impossible of accomplishment unless the problems were examined in an atmosphere of goodwill and quietness.
