MR BROADBENT AT HESTON FUTURE PLANS UNCERTAIN LONDON, Oct. 26. Mr Broadbent arrived at Heston. His future plans are uncertain. FLYING BOAT RECORD PARIS, Oct. 26. The giant flying boat, Lieutenant Devaisseau, en route from Paris to Brazil, established a long distance flying boat record when it covered 3750 miles in 34hr 45min. WILL ATTACK RECORD AGAIN LONDON, Oct. 27. (Received Oct. 27, at 10.15 p.m.) Mr Broadbent said: "When the machine and myself are fit I will again attempt the record. I hope the weather will be kinder next time." ATTACKS ON RECORDS LONDON, Oct. 26. (Received Oct.. 27, at 10 p.m.) The Times says the Air Ministry is considering attempts on the world speed record for land planes, using a Vickers Supermarine Spitfire Fighter and on the distance record with a Vickers Wellesley.
