THE HONOLULU MYSTCRY CHARGE OF MURDER FOLLOWS NEW YORK, Oct. 26. A message from Honolulu says the Erosecutor announced that he was ling a second degree murder charge against Prince Kawananakoa. Despite continuous questioning the prince has not yet offered a clear explanation, .mumbling: 'I can't figure things out." A previous message stated: Prince David Kawananakoa has been arrested without being charged after the finding of the body of a beautiful half-breed girl, Arvila Kinslea, aged 21. It is stated that the girl died shortly before the arrival of the surgeons. The prince summoned an ambulance to her apartment, where he admitted there had been a drinking party with the victim and her sister Rose. He insisted that he was unable to recall events up to the time he summoned the ambulance. Another member of the party said that the prince suddenly emerged from the kitchen carrying the dying girl without giving an explanation. Major Bernard Tooker, of the American Army, has also been questioned by the police. He attended the party, which was held near Waikiki Beach.
