POLITICAL ADVISER SELECTED CABINET NOT CONSULTED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) CAIRO, Oct. 26V A serious constitutional crisis if reported to have arisen owing to King Farouk reappointing Ali Mahi Pasha as his political adviser, to which the Premier, Nahas Pasha, objects without Cabinet being consulted. FEARS OF CRISIS DISPELLED LONDON, Oct. 27. (Received Oct. 28, at 0.30 a.ra.) The Times Cairo correspondent reports that the constitutional crisis fears were dispelled following a 45minute meeting between the King and Nahas Pasha, at which the King explained that the reappointment o? Ali was due solely to personal confidence, adding that the King wa* above party politics, and he (expected Ali to act likewise, ensuring palace and Government co-operation. Nahas Pasha afterwards declared that he was completely satisfied, saying, "All goes well."
