The Times Cairo correspondent reports that the constitutional crisis fears were dispelled following a 45minute meeting between the King and Nahas Pasha, at which the King explained that the reappointment o? Ali was due solely to personal confidence, adding that the King wa* above party politics, and he (expected Ali to act likewise, ensuring palace and Government co-operation. Nahas Pasha afterwards declared that he was completely satisfied, saying, "All goes well."
