FRONTIER INCIDENTS
NICARAGUA AND HONDURAS ARBITRAL AWARD DISPUTED GENEVA, Oct. 25. (Received Oct. 26, at 8 p.m.) The League secretary-general received a telegram from the Government of Nicaragua concerning frontier incidents and the affair subsequently led to various telegrams from both Nicaragua and Honduras. The trouble relates to frontier delimitation, Nicaragua disputing an arbitral award by the King of Spain in 1906 concerning the frontier of Honduras and Nicaragua. The latter asserts, but Honduras denies, that Nicaruguan nationals inhabiting Honduras are being ill-treated.
