ONE MILE SOUTH ISLAND TITLE iPer United Press Association' ASHBURTON, Oct. 25. At the gala sports meeting to-day the One Mile Cash Cycling Championship of the South Island resulted:—A. D. Moreland (Greymouth) 1, Smithers (Christchurch) 2, J. Cremin (Christchurch) 3. Won by a wheel with the same distance between second and third. Time, 2min 34sec.
