The Canterbury Provincial Fire Brigades’ Association’s annual demonstration was held to-day when nearly 80 teams from all parts of the province C °Ashburton (17 points) won the Hefford Cup for most points in the dry events, with Waimate (15 points) Se Waimate (35 points) won the shield for most points in the wet events, witn Ashburton (27 points) second.
