SPINSTERS INDIGNANT
NOT ALLOWED TO VOTE IN BULGARIA EXTENSION OF FRANCHISE SOFIA, Oct. 22. (Received Oct, 24, at 6.30 p.m.) A new electoral law entitles married women, widows, and divorced women to vote and to stand for Parliament, but thpse not enfranchised include spinsters, who are indignantly petitioning the Government.
