PRIZE IN JOURNALISM
JUDGES’ AWARD ANNOUNCED
(Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 18.. First prize in the competition in practical journalism conducted by the New Zealand Journalists’ Association was awarded to Mr F. C. Jones, of the Auckland Star. The judges, Protes : sor T. D. Adams and Mr C. G. Macan, recommended that no second prize should be given, and a third prize was awarded to Mr E. K. Green, of the Auckland Star.
