SEATS IN BERLIN STREETS BENCHES PAINTED YELLOW BERLIN, Sept. 15. Recalling the mediaeval edict comDelling Jews to wear a distinguishing yellow garb, two benches painted yellow have been erected in the Kurfuerstendamn, Berlin's most fashionable street, and elsewhere in the city marked, "Jews only." Aryans are not allowed to use them.
