DIED OF PNEUMONIA
KIDNAPPED WOMAN ABDUCTOR REMORSEFUL NEW YORK, Sept. 15. It has been revealed in letters ostensibly from the abductors that Mrs Parsons died of pneumonia a month after being kidnapped. The abductors were apparently brother and sister. The latter declared that she was now very remorseful. Mrs Alice Parsons, aged 38, wife of a wealthy stock farm owner, was kidnapped from a Long Island estate on June 10. The husband received a ransom note demanding 2500 dollars and a warning not to inform the police, or else he would never see his wife again.
