SIXTY-FIVE HOUSES DESTROYED SWISS VILLAGE EVACUATED GENEVA, June 18. A telephone operator is the only person remaining in the village of Lourtier in the Valdebagnes Four hundred peasants felt the consequence of an avalanche when mud and rocks wiped out 65 houses. Lourtier was completely razed by fire in war time.
