RESIGNATION OF CABINET PRESSURE FROM OPPOSITION TOKIO, May 31. CReceived June 1, at 1.25 a.m.) The Hayashi Cabinet has resigned, apparently as the result of hostile pressure by the combined Minseito and Seiyuaki parties’ threat to move a no-confidence motion directly the Diet met.
