In the semi-finals Austin defeated Boussus 7—5, 6—2, I—6, 6—3; Sperling defeated Delavaldeme 6—l, 6—l. MIDDLESEX CHAMPIONSHIPS LONDON, May 29. (Received May 30, at 10 p.m.) In the final of the Middlesex lawn tennis championships Senorita Lizana defeated Alice Marble 9—7. 9—7. PROFESSIONAL MATCHES PERRY DEFEATS VINES LONDON, May 30. (Received May 30, at 10 p.m.) At Wembley, Perry defeated Vines 6—4 6—4, 12—10 and won the Coronation Cup by two matches to one Critics regard Perry as reaching greater heights than as an amateur. He dominated Vines throughout. Nusslein won the Coronation Plate, beating Tilden 10—8, 6
