DUNEDIN ETCHING AT THE ROYAL ACADEMY
TO THE EDITOR Sir,—lt must be very gratifying to the Otago Art Society, and to tha Dunedin public, that a member of th« society, Mr A. H. M'Llntock, ha» earned the high privilege of having an etching hung in the Royal Academy's annual exhibition. This, I think, is all the more noteworthy, as the number .of works submitted in the Coronation year will have been very large. Surely the Art Society should hasten to purchase some of Mr M'Lintock's etchings for our own excellent Art Gallery. I would smuggest that at the least another print of tha one accepted by the Royal Academy be negotiated for wihout delay.—l am, etc.. Print.
