HOUSING POLICY
METHOD OF FIXING CONTRACTS CRITICISM BY BUILDERS (Per United Press Association) HAMILTON, May 28. Criticism of the housing policy in fixing contracts for the housing scheme by a system of schedules of quantities instead of by straight-out tendering was expressed at the annual meeting of the Hamilton Master Builders and Contractors' Association, and a motion to this effect was carried.
