AN ARMS CONFERENCE
SIGNOR MUSSOLINI'S VIEWS OUTLINED IN WASHINGTON Vv / WASHINGTON, May 27. (Received May 27, at 11.30 p.m.) The Italian Ambassador visited the State Department and outlined Signor Mussolini's views with regard to President Roosevelt calling an arms conference. The New York Times says: "There is no indication that President Roosevelt has planned to act on the suggestion for the present at least."
