MYSTERIOUS ASSAULT
NOTHING FURTHER DISCOVERED DETECTIVES PROSECUTING INQUIRIES (Per United Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Feb. 17. Although the Invercargill Detective Office is busily engaged prosecuting inquiries, nothing further has been discovered in connection with the mysterious assault at Myross Bush early yesterday morning, when Mr and Mrs R. A. Dawson both received injuries to their heads while asleep. It is believed that they were struck by some object.
