* THE DEMAND FOR RETURN JAPAN NOT APPROACHED TOKIO, Feb. 16. Commenting on the German agitation to recover her colonies, Mr Arr.au said; “We have not been approached respecting our mandated territories, and do not expect it, because Germany knows how necessary these islands are to Japan.”
