INFANTILE PARALYSIS
A POSITIVE CASE GIRL FROM KAKA POINT A girl aged six years, who is slightly paralysed, was admitted to the Dunedin Hospital yesterday. This was the only case of poliomyelitis notified in the Dunedin or country districts since Friday. The girl was staying at Kaka Point, and had gone there from Roxburgh.
POSITION IN OAMARU (Special to Daily Times) OAMARU, Feb. 7. A rumour was current in Oamaru during the week-end that two more cases of infantile paralysis had been admitted to hospital, but inquiry today showed this report to be unfounded. The third suspected case, admitted on Friday, has not yet been definitely diagnosed as infantile paralysis;
