NEUTRALITY IN WAR
NO PLEDGE FROM CANADA OTTAWA, Feb. 5. The House of Commons refused to pledge Canada to neutrality in the event of war. It also rejected a Commonwealth Federation resolution on neutrality, no matter who the belligerents.
