TOURIST CRUISE

ARRIVAL OF ORONSAY VISITS TO SCENIC RESORTS (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 5. The 20,000-ton Orient liner Oronsay arrived to-day from Brisbane on a tourist cruise from Australia. She brought over 880 passengers, the great majority being cruise travellers from various Australian ports, but there are about 80 roundtrip passengers from England, and a few passengers landed here. Two parties, totalling over 100, left for the Waitomo Caves. One party will go through to rejoin the ship at Wellington, and the other will return to Auckland after visiting Rotorua. Special trains will leave for Rotorua to-morrow, one taking about 200 tourists on a day trip and the other taking a party which will travel through to Wellington. The Oronsay will leave for Wellington to-morrow night.
