M. TROTSKY’S INTENTIONS ANSWER TO ACCUSATIONS MEXICO CITY, Feb. 3. M. Trotsky disclosed that he intends to speak to a New York audience by telephone on February 14 during a pro-Trotsky meeting there unless the United States Government forbids it. He intends to defend himself against the accusation of M. Stalin that he conspired against the Soviet with Herr Hitler and Japan.
