INDECENT ASSAULT
A HERBALIST CHARGED (Per United Press Association) CHRISTCMURCH, Dec. 3. Joseph Isherwood, a herbalist, aged 50, faced two charges of indecent assault on males and eight charges of fortune telling. On the indecent assault charges he was committed for 'rial. The evidence on all the charges of fortune telling was not completed when the court rose. The magistrate forbade the publication of the evidence on all the charges.
