SHARE TRANSFER CASE

CHARGE AGAINST SHAREBROKER COMMITTED FOR TRIAL (Per United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 3. Osmond Arthur Bridgewater, a sharebroker, was charged in the Magistrate's Court to-day with going from house to house on July 15 offering shares for subscription in the Australian Investment Corporation to William Neeve and other members of the Dublic.

Neeve gave evidence that he purchased debentures in the Investment Executive Trust of New Zealand from the accused about five years ago. About July 15, 1935, the accused called at his private house and suggested that witness should transfer his shares to the Australian Investment Corporation, Ltd. The accused had not been invited by witness to call on him. The accused was committed for trial.
