RENEWED TENSION
KIDNAPPING IN MANCHUKUO FIVE JAPANESE OFFICERS - TOKIO, Nov. 21. (Received Nov. 22, at 7.30 p.m.) Tension has been revived in Manchukuo through the kidnapping from the Peking-Mukden train of five Japanese officers, including Major Fukuda, a garrison commander. The Foreign Office denies the responsibility for the recent fighting in Suiyang.
