(Received Nov. 20, at 5,5 p.m.) With the Senate having approved, only President Gardena’s signature is required to make law of a measure expropriating private property “ for better distribution of wealth.’’ This law gives the President authority to distribute many large holdings to landless peasants. Foreign property, however, is not expected to be affected.
