FORESTERS
The fortnightly meeting of Court Enterprise was held on Tuesday last, C.R. Bro. D. Winder presiding. An invitation was received from Court St. Andrew to its old-time dance, to be held on Monday, which was accepted, and it wa3 decided to attend officially, A letter of thanks for good wishes was received from Bro. Paul Williams and Mrs Williams, they having reached 50 years of married life. Letters were received regarding the Foresters' ball from Courts Marion, King Edward's Pride and St. Andrew. A letter was also received from Bro. Joneß regarding the Foresters' dance on June 23. One maternity claim was passed for payment. Two letters of recommendation were granted to two brothers .to enable them to visit the courts in the districts to which they were removing. Bro. Warren reported on the visit to Court Pride of Dunedin. P.C.R. Bro. Prettell complimented the officers on the good turn-out to the official visit. Three propositions were received for next court night. The C.R. gave a hearty welcome to the visitors, which was responded to by Sister Bunting, of Court Marion (Mosgiel), Sister Stewart, for Court Woodlands Pride, Bro. Swan, for Court St. Andrew, Bro. Croft, for Court Pride of Lcith, and C.R. Bro. Pearson, for Court Pride of Dunedin.
