A MORE HOPEFUL REPORT (Per United Press Association) NAPIER, June 10. Dr Henry Philbriek Nelson, who, it was mentioned in a cable message yesterday, had had his left arm amputated following septicaemia resulting from n prick in a finger while performing an operation, is the second son of Dir George Nelson, of Havelock North. He was born in Napier, whore he received his early education. Later he had a distinguished scholastic career, subsequently attaining eminence in his profession. The latest advice received by Mr Nelson is that there is reason to hope that his son's life will he saved.
