RIOTING IN SPAIN
SOCIALISTS AND FASCISTS SEVERAL BUILDINGS BURNED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) MADRID, March 16. Serious rioting occurred in the early morning in the town of Logrono. The riots followed a clash between Socialists and Fascists, and four churches, two convents, a Catholic club.and a Fascist club were burned down. One man was killed and six men were -seriously wounded. Police and troops restored order. A RAID BY FASCISTS MADRID, March 15. (Received March 16, at 10.30 p.m.) Dashing up in a motor car, a squad of Fascists without result raided the Cortes to-night. The guards drove off the attackers. This is the first direct attempt on Sehor Caballero’s life.
