MURDER AND SUICIDE
BRITISH COLUMBIA TRAGEDY OTTAWA, March 12. A message from Osoyoos (British Columbia) states that Julius Mortensen, ii miner who had boon worrying over his discharge through ill-health, shot and killed his sleeping wife, his three children, and himself. He left a note with sufficient money to pay all his debts to a penny.
