ABYSSINIAN DISPUTE
• A REPORT FROM ROME PEACE PROPOSALS OPENED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) PARIS, March 12. The Rome correspondent of Le Matin reports that peace proposals have been very discreetly opened in East Africa b.v the Italian and Abyssinian representatives. DISCUSSIONS IN LONDON GENEVA, March 12. The League delegates have been requested to be prepared for an informal meeting on March 13 to exchange views on the Abyssinian dispute. It is felt that the League should not neglect the opportunity of discussing the situation now that Italy and Abyssinia have signified their willingness to consider peace proposals.
