MEMORIAL WINDOW

GIFT TO ST. PAUL’S CATHEDRAL CEREMONY OF DEDICATION A stained glass window, which has been placed in the children’s chapel of St. Paul’s Cathedra) in memory of Charles Nichols and his wife, Klary Cowie Nichols, was dedicated on Sunday morning by Bishop T itchett. The window, which was executed by Mr Arthur J. Dix, of London, is a magnificent piece of stained glass craftsmanship, and (he beauty of the chapel has been considerably enhanced by the memorial. Colonel Cowie Nichols, on behalf of the donors of the window, formally asked the bishop to dedicate the window, and among those who assisted in the ceremony were Dean Crnickshnnk, Archdeacon CurzonSiggcrs as chaplain, and representatives nf°tiie Cathedral. The chairman of the Diocesan Board (Kir G. R. Ritchie) and Kir F. M. Oldham (churchwarden) were also present.
