TREES AND HEDGES
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—l feel I cannot let the remarks by “ Observer ” on trees and hedges pass without some comment myself. Where I live, our neighbour has a hedge 18 feet tv 20 feet high, and during the winter months we do not get any sunshine at all. Seeing we have a Labour Council I think a by-law should bo passed restricting the growth to not more than six feet. 1 hope this matter will be dealt with at an early meeting of the council, Ts wo do not wish to spend another winter without any sunshine.—l am etc., More Sun.
