The annual meeting of the Orange Lodge, No. 12, was held recently. The installation of Worshipful Master Bro. J. Wootton and the investiture of his officers was carried out, the occasion being marked by an official visit from Grand Lodge Officer P.G.M. Bro. Gregg, Grand Secretary Bro. Patton, and Grand Chaplain Bro. Benfell. District Grand Lodge No. 3 officers present were D.G'.M. Bro. Toombs with his officers, who conducted the installation and investiture of the officers and congratulated the officers and members of No. 12 on the efficiency of the lodge. Official visits were received from past masters of Lodge No. 3, district past masters of Lodge No. 3, and Primary Male Lodge Nos. 21, 34, 30, 58, 105, and Ladies' Lodge Nos. 0, 28. and 30 were well represented. The officers installed for the year were:—Bro. J. Proctor, D.M.; Bro. W. Wilkinson, 1.P.M.; Bro. G. Syder, chaplain; Bro. John Robb, secretary; Bro. D. Henry, treasurer; Bro. W. Robertson, foreman committee; with Bro. Hush, Dodd, Thompson, and Wallis, committeemen: Bro. C. M'Lean, director ceremonies; Bro. Todd, organist; deacons, Bros. Rivera and Thompson; tylers, Bros. Rush and Robb.
