CRICKET
TO-DAY'S MATCHES Grange and Kaikorai will meet at Bishopscourt this afternoon. The former team will be without the services of C. J. Elmes, who will be playing for New Zealand against the M.C.C. The match should, however, provide a good finish. At Logan Park No. 2 Old Boys will meet Dunedin, and the game should provide some bright play. At Logan Park No. 3 Carisbrook will meet University, and as the wicket should be in first-class condition on Saturday some large scores should result. At Logan Park No. 1 Colts will meet Albion. This will be F. T. Badcock's last game with the Colts this season, and if he can give as exhilarating a display as he did with C. Saxton last Saturday, the spectators should be provided with plenty of excitement. The Albion team has been performing well in all its engagements sofar this season, and jb in a strong position for the premiership. ■■ .
