TRIAL BY SPECIAL TRIBUNAL WAR MINISTER TO PRESIDE (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) TOKTO, March 4. The War Minister (General Kawashima) will preside at a special tribunal to try the mutineers. Five young officers are still at large.
