Moore (Milton). claim £4 13s 3d, for goods sold, with costs (£1 3s Gd) ; D.S.A., Ltd., v. A. Hughes (Cromwell), claim 14s 10d for goods sold, with costs (8s) : H. M'Arthur v, S. Knox, claim 12s. for goods sold, with costs (8s) : .Tohn Chambers and Son, Ltd.. v. Ralph Leo Giles (Timaru). claim £0 1.2 s lOd, for goods supplied, with costs (18s). ORDERS FOR POSSESSION. M. -T. Andrews proceeded against J. Ross for an order for possession of a house let by him to the defendant and for £7 for rent due. —An order was made for possession on or before March 12 and for payment of the claim, with costs (£1 17s Gd). C. L Taylor proceeded against I. L. Fitzgerald for an order for possession of a house rented to the defendant and claimed £8 15s for rent due.—An order for possession on or before March 19 was made and for payment of the claim with costs (£1 10s Gd). R. P. Williams proceeded against L. Henderson for an order for possession of a house rented to the lefendant and claimed £0 18s for rent due.—An order for possession on or before March 1.9 was made and for payment of the amount due with costs (£1 17s Gd).
