FIRE DISASTER
HEAVY LOSS OF LIFE THE MAJORITY WOMEN (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) VALPARAISO (Chile), February 17. (Received Feb. 18, at 9.30 p.m.) A fire started from an explosion in a motion picture film storage room swept through three buildings to-day, burning at least 28 persons, mostly women, to death. Firemen continued to search the ruins as it was feared that other bodies would be found.
