BOWLING
WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT The annual tournament of the Otago Ladies' Bowling Association was to have been commenced yesterday, but Owing to the damp state of some of the greens it was thought advisable to postpone play until this morning. The executive has decided to proceed with the Singles as set down for play yesterday on the 0.L.8.A. and the Roslyn and Anderson's Bay greens, and to leave the post-sectional play of the Singles until Saturday. This arrangement will then allow the programme to be carried out as previously intended. The Pairs games will be played to-mor-row and Friday, and the Kinks on Monday and Tuesday, and on all days playwill be commenced at 9.30 a.m.
