TAXES TO BE RETURNED
AMERICAN COURT’S RULING WASHINGTON, January 14. (Received Jan. 14, at 10 p.m.) The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the 200,000,000 dollars of Agricultural Adjustment Administration processing taxes, impounded by the courts, must be returned to the taxpayers.
