WATER RIGHTS
- RESTRICTIVE PRIVILEGES * MINING NOT TO BE HAMPERED. (Per United Press Association) NELSON, January IS. Replying to a Collingwood deputation, the Minister of Mines (Mr P. C. Webb) said that, if he had the power, which he believed he had, he would not permit people who had exclusive water right* in an area to hold up the mining industry by using such rights to the exclusion of others.
