GOOD TEMPLARY

The Rescue Lodge held its weekly meeting in the Oddfellows' Hall on Tuesday last. Chief Templar Bro. W. A. lies presided over a fair attendance of members. Sis. Gain (Hope of Dunedin Lodge) was the only visitor present and was given a hearty welcome. Bro. Dalton (L.D.) reported on the recent D, Lodge session while the chief templar reported on a visit to the Star of Freedom Lodge. The programme for the evening consisted of the following items:—Readings Bro. W. A. lies, Sis. Hazelwood; story, Sis. Gain; solos, Bros. Hilton and T. Brooks; duet, Sis. E. Brooks and Sis. Dougull. Members were asked to invite all past members and absentees to the break-up social. The Star of the South Juvenile Temple lipid ita weekly meeting on Tuesday last. Chief Templar Sis. P. Poulter presided over a fair attendance, and Bro. J. Hilton, superintendent, was in charge. Items were given by several of the members after which several odes were sung, The break-up was arranged for this evening, prior to the adult lodge session.
