QUAINT WINS CHIEF RACE (Per United Press Association) GISBORNE, November 2. The concluding day of the Poverty Bay Turf Club’s meeting was held in ideal spring weather. The track was in fairly good condition and the going wag good. The totalisator investments were £2843 10s, compared with £2836 on the corresponding day last year, an increase of £7 10s.
